We had never considered an internet estate agent until being recommended 121move by my uncle who had sold his place with them. We were very impressed with the service - it was everything we'd have expected from a high street estate agent at a fraction of the costs - it worked better for us directly arranging viewings because people only seemed to want to view at weekends and evenings anyway. the service was quick and efficient, we sold quickly, and I would recommend them to anyone - great job.

We decided to test the water when selling our house by putting up our own sign in the front garden. Within a few days we had had 2 viewings and 2 offers. we accepted one of the offers but sadly a few months down the line the chain broke down. In order to revive interest we approached Mathew Parsons at 121move and it was from their advertising that we had a further half dozen viewings and found our buyers. The service from 121move was excellent and hassle free with no time-waster viewings. Should we decide to move again we would use 121move and would recommend them to anyone trying to sell their house. The money saved on high street agents fees (in our case over �1400) will always come in handy for those unexpected expenses in the new house

I had my house on the market with a really well known high street agent for months. I then had enough and took the plunge with Online. We appointed 121move as we felt most people use the internet to search for houses using the like of rightmove etc. The benefit of using 121move was a considerable saving on agent fees. We paid £345 for 12 months promotion whereby a traditional local estate agent wanted £1,500 excluding VAT.
Upon signing up and paying for 12 months a local person rang and arranged an appointment and came and took some photos and detailed the house and sorted out the EPC report.
The 121move website has login details where you can arrange your photos as well as change your selling price. It also lets you know when viewings have been requested and offers made. Updates are also sent via text instantly so you can to login and respond quickly.
Overall the website was easy to use. My only negative point is that people searching online who want to view have to create an account on the 121 website so they can request an online viewing. You could argue any serious buyer wouldn't be put off by having to create an account online but nevertheless it is a point worth mentioning. Viewings can also be made via a phone which avoids creating an account.
We sold our house within 3 months and overall were very happy with the service and response times for any queries we had. As 121 weren't local we arranged on the completion date to leave the keys with the buyer's solicitor which was perfectly fine for all parties.

We enlisted the services of 121 Move just before the housing crash several years ago and through thick and thin, for well over three years, they did what we asked of them without ever demanding extra fees. They are competitive, efficient and their technical reach easily as wide as that of High Street agents. I would recommend them to anyone who is hands on about selling their property and needs a staunch ally.

The only downsides are that you need conduct the viewings yourself (which I actually preferred) and you need to handover the keys to the new owner at completion, which is no hardship.
To put the price into perspective I sold my house within 2 weeks and it cost me £408. Compare that to a good friend of mine who also sold in under a month but had £3100 in estate agent fees. Thats almost £2700 that could be better spend on your new house
I was initially dubious about using an online estate agent, but at this price I thought it worth taking a chance Now I am convinced that online estate agents are the way of the future for house sales and if anyone is looking to sell I highly recommend 121move

Firstly 121 did not sell our property as we withdrew it from them. They failed to act on our instructions until repeated requests were made. There were serious flaws with their communications and attention to detail. e.g sending people to view when we were away on holiday and couldn't possibly have confirmed the appointment.They failed to deliver important information voluntarily (as any professional outfit would have done) or vital feedback and had to be pursued about it ( I was made to feel like a nuisance at times). People who came to view seemed unimpressed by them too.They are one of the worst firms I have ever dealt with.

121 Move provided a professional and good value service. The system was easy to use both for myself as a seller and for my prospective buyers with a good mix of personal service and 24 online access. 121 Move provided a professional and good value service. The system was easy to use both for myself as a seller and for my prospective buyers with a good mix of personal service and 24 online access. I have promoted their services to to my friends and acquaintances. I know of two people who having witnessed my experiences with 121 move intend to use their services to sell their homes in the near future.

I found 121move.co.uk via some online reviews and have to say I have been entirely satisfied with their service. We paid their up front fee which gave us full marketing for 1 year. This included rightmove.co.uk (which I think is the only place buyers look now) and we were able to use their online service to upload photos and receive viewing bookings etc.

I think online estate agents are the way forward as the only things they don't do is provide an initial valuation, show people round or do the keys hand over at the end. To be fair, when we've used high street agents before they didn't even do viewings themselves!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
