We purchased our house through Abode Woodford Green and I can't fault them. They were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Overall it was a good experience buying through them.
If I'm being picky, the only thing I would say is that we had to remind them to update the board outside the property. Once to change it to Sold STC and once to remove it after completion, but they were always responsive.

Abode were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledge of the local market and trends were spot on. The pictures taken of my property were outstanding - I had 3 offers very quickly - Abode negotiated a good sale price and dealt with all the negotiations. I was kept up to date throughout and Richard (my initial and main contact) provided a weekly update. I moved out of my flat 3 months later. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Abode in South Woodford to anyone selling their property.

I had never heard of Abode before. Lochlan was the agent who showed me the property. He was very kind and gave me a lift to and from this viewing in my lunch break whilst WFH. I dealt with Lee throughout the majority of the sale which took about 4 months. I have to say it was always going to be difficult due to my circumstances for downsizing, but Lee gave me regular updates and always remained in contact. He went over and beyond in my case as I was struggling with all the information being sent to me from conveyancing solicitor too. He dealt with my endless questions, frustrations and impatience at times. He even made sure things were covered while he was on A/L to ensure the sale was still progressing. I am extremely grateful to Abode and very pleased I have completed. Buying a home is very stressful at the best of times. Thank you all.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
