After several bad experiences with previous letting agents and tenants, I contacted Outlook Leyton and spoke to John. Straight away he gave invaluable advice which enabled us to attract great tenants for our newly renovated flats. Over the past 5 years Geida has continued to introduce excellent tenants and has helped us to build great relationships with new tenants. We've had very few problems and Geida was always excellent at contacting us and resolving any issues straight away. We have just sold a flat during lockdown and Geida was superb in dealing with sale in this difficult time. Cannot recommend Outlook Leyton highly enough.

Geida and Mirko provided us with an outstanding service when we were going through the process of renting out our house. Their approach was unfamiliar in comparison to other agents we dealt with. I can't complain about any of the service I received at outlook. They provided me with the information I needed before I put my flat up to rent. They took great quality pictures of my flat and I had viewings lined up before it was even on the website. Previous tenants were with me for 2 years, absolutely trouble-free.

Virtually all this handled by Geida, who was fantastic. Polite, ultra efficient and kept me constantly updated.
