Agents were professional, contactable and responsive and patient to explain all processes. Branch had a good portfolio of properties. What agent could do to change your mind?
We were not informed of inventory fees until after holding deposit was submitted. The fees overall- good.

Agents were professional, contactable and responsive and patient to explain all processes.
Branch had a good portfolio of properties.
There were few hiccups on moving in date with garage keys and issues in the property which should have been resolved before moving in date in our view.
Once contacted management team, issues are being looked at and some of them resolved.

Comments on Agent Fees
I believe that the agents fees are fair and justified, particularly as I am not able to personally oversee any aspects of the letting, as I am living and working overseas. The fees cover everything and they deal with repairs, vetting, safety checks and all other aspects of the rental. Emails are responded to quickly and in a very cordial manner and when I am home and go into the branch, staff are always willing to talk over any thing I need to discuss and answer any questions.

Simon Clarke have been letting my property for the last 6 years and I have been extremely happy with all they have done. I live overseas, which could potentially have been difficult for me as I am only home on short holidays around 3 times a year. They stay in regular contact with me via email and always keep me very informed about every aspect of my letting. The tenants have obviously changed during the period of letting and each time, the whole experience has been extremely smooth and well organised. I always feel that Neil and Rebecca look out for my best interests and as a consequence, I never feel worried or anxious about what is happening to my property while I am so far away. I would recommend the branch strongly and without reservation to other potential landlords.

It has been a delight to work with Rebecca, Tony and the team over the last few years while they have managed my flat. Rebecca has demonstrated resilience in dealing with a long-term issue. When I moved into Flat 21 Henderson Court, there had been a problem with the Fob and I had been unable to gain entry through the gates to the car park for nearly a month ! When I moved into Flat 21 Henderson Court, there had been a problem with the Fob and I had been unable to gain entry through the gates to the car park for nearly a month ! She dealt with each call and acted in a very professional and efficient manner and when she said she would call me back, she did very promptly. However upset I was over the situation, I knew Rebecca was doing her very best to help and make sure I would get the key. Finally the day came when the new fob arrived......it didn't work. I called her from my car and within 30 minutes someone came over and I finally had a working fob in my hand. She deserves a mention and I know that should I have any further situations that need attending to, I feel confident knowing that Rebecca will be there to help.

I was very happy with the service I received from Simon Klark, they managed the flat that we were renting and solved any issue we had within 48 hours. Their contractors were professional and carried out excellent repairs to a very high standard. I received my deposit back without any disappointment. I would recommend any tenant to rent properties that are managed by Simon Klark. If I was a Land Lord I would have my property managed by them. Overall they are the best agents I have dealt with by far.

I have been extremely satisfied with the professional service provided. My rent roll has been increasing at a satisfactory rate, my void periods are very reasonable, the quality of tenants has improved dramatically and most importantly for me the day-to-day management of my properties has been exemplary.
Over the past two years I have recommended the company to a number of other landlords, not something I would do lightly.
