They were incredibly thorough in screening potential tenants and tireless in their efforts to secure viewings. Both Lindsay and Charlotte were incredibly helpful in advising and assisting me both with the check-out of my previous tenant and with inexpensive but necessary repairs to improve the presentation of the flat. An invaluable service to me as I live in Australia and was not able to see the property for myself.

I let my flat through Edmund Cude and found their service to be excellent. They were incredibly thorough in screening potential tenants and tireless in their efforts to secure viewings. Both Lindsay and Charlotte were incredibly helpful in advising and assisting me both with the check-out of my previous tenant and with inexpensive but necessary repairs to improve the presentation of the flat. An invaluable service to me as I live in Australia and was not able to see the property for myself.
I mainly dealt with Charlotte Oborne and found her to be friendly, professional and incredibly dedicated. I was especially impressed by how she so expertly navigated the tricky 11 hour time difference and was prepared to work over her bank holiday weekend to secure my current tenants.
