Dawn was recommended to me, by a good friend of mine and I can honestly say, she has been utterly brilliant. From beginning to end of a very, very stressful transaction where myself and my family had experienced delays (through no fault of Dawn's whatsoever, but through the pandemic), Dawn was there to offer a helping hand. Whenever I needed to speak with her, I was able to, or to her assistant Kat. Dawn is a team player and how she has been able to calm the waters, I do not know. She has guided me, offered me expert advice and really shown me what it is like to be a good human being. Buying and selling is not easy at the best of times, but without Dawn's professionalism, humanism and care, the whole process could easily have been ten times worse. She truly is the best, so for anyone thinking of selling and buying a property, do not think twice of putting your trust in Dawn and her team. Thank you Dawn, for everything you have done. I truly appreciate your expertise. A definite recommendation to anyone.

What an incredible service and effort from Michelle and the team at Shelton and Lines Estate Agents. We have just exchanged to move house and from start to finish, I can't express just how incredible they have been. When we ran into difficult times due to solicitors, Michelle went the extra mile and exceeded all expectations. There was no point that we felt they didn't do their very best for us on every level. We are so happy with them and will tell anyone selling or buying a property to make their first call to Shelton and Lines.

Despite handing them what turned out to be a difficult property to sell, the team at Shelton and Lines delivered a consistently excellent service and at times went well beyond what could normally be expected. Lee and Richard were at all times professional, pro active, knowledgeable and crucially in this instance, dogged in their persistence to make the best possible sale go through - backed up by a refreshing honesty when there were tough decisions to be made about future buyer options. On this basis, I am happy to recommend them as the estate agents to be trusted in Worcester.

Whichever member of staff I spoke to on the phone always knew who I was and about my property. Although the house was on the market for quite a while, Sheltons were consistently able to secure viewings and provided feedback after each one, which enabled us to make constructive changes to the property to help it sell.

Although the house was on the market for quite a while, Sheltons were consistently able to secure viewings and provided feedback after each one, which enabled us to make constructive changes to the property to help it sell.
I was able to chat to them about all aspects of the house sale, sharing frustrations at delays and hiccups that were out of our control. Effective and frequent communication made the process much easier. Stressful though the business of moving house is, these guys do their best to make it as painless as possible. Thank you – especially Richard, Lee, Roxy and Andy.

I would like to thank Shelton & Lines for not just selling my house (thats what agents do) but for really excellent customer service, going further than what I expected. I have a job that takes me out of Worcester a lot and therefore have very little time; Simon Lines was aware of this and as the house was empty and required decorating he arranged the quotes and oversaw the work and also some fence repairs in the garden: Thanks Simon! Also I must say that all the staff all made me feel as if they cared about the sale of my house, I was always kept up to date and they made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble. The house took a little longer than I hoped to sell, but it did and for a price I was delighted with. I have recommeded my sister to Shelton & Lines and she now has her property on the market, I hope that goes as well! Top job from a great team! Thanks Rob.

We first met Richard last year when he sold my elderly parents house in Worcester. They had tried the usual nationwide chains, but having not dealt with an estate agent in over 40 years; they became despondant and frustrated with the usual 'traits' associated with pushy agents. Richard came recommended to me via friends and so I organised a meeting.
We could not have asked for a more personable and informed agent. Not only did he put my parents instantly at ease, he clearly explained the whole process and organised everything. He even advised us on small changes to the house and garden to maximise the selling potential. When my parents were away he even ensured the garden was kept watered and weed free. He went above and beyond our expectations. My parents were thrilled with how easy Richard made everything and my Mother has not stopped talking about him.
When it was time to sell our house we naturally went straight to Richard and my wife and I agree that he and his team are just fantastic. No time wasting, decent seller vetting and we were made to feel like their only client. Suffice to say he and his team are now looking for our next house as we expand our family.
We could not recommend them enough, and only wish all businesses would take on their ethics and customer service. Thank you very much.
