Generally, we think real estate agencies constitute a bloated industry that should be reigned in. The fees for tenants and property owners alike do not reflect the limited service these agencies provide. As a \"middle-man,\" agencies skim off the property-market, and we think small, local landlords would be better off managing their property themselves. Of course, tenants would be thrilled to avoid costly fees.
