This is our first time to stay in Edinburgh, especially for the peak season, and staying for one month. This is our first time to stay in Edinburgh, especially for the peak season, and staying for one month. Cat is always being very attentive and always there ready to solve our problem, we are very much depend on her, she is willing to sort out the staying date for us, and check in and out time. Southside looked after us fantastically during our use of their property throughout the Edinburgh Fringe festival. The whole staff at South Side Property Management from their owner John to whoever answers the phone are very friendly and efficient. I had been managing my property myself for a few years and I wish I had found them much sooner as they have taken away all the stress and hassle of letting property. They also have a group of very efficient and reasonably priced contacts and tradesmen which is also a great help.

I rented a flat for the whole of the Edinburgh fringe festival and Southside made the whole thing easy. Everyone was very friendly and I felt safe trusting them with such a large sum of money (Fringe prices! But, this still worked out good value for money compared to any of the alternatives and was a near perfect location) without visiting the flat beforehand. All went smoothly, they sent good reminders of the processes, responded to questions quickly and all in all made the whole thing a breeze. And promptly returned the deposit at the end.
