Every member of staff from start to finish were outstanding and approachable. Everything was explained in detail. This also extended to the mortgage and financial advice I received.
Paul Carr may be a little bit more expensive than other estate agents but worth every penny and took the stress away. In our chain there were others who used Yopa and Purple Bricks who had to do a lot of the work themselves hence their experience was a lot more stressful and caused unnecessary delays in the process.

Sold my deceased uncle's house in Kingstanding through Paul Carr at Hawthorn Road, and was really impressed with the whole team. Laurence did a great job of advising me and handling the negotiations, and the team backed him up with complete professionalism. My expectations were low as the house was not worth much, but the service I received was outstanding and way beyond my expectations. I would recommend them with complete confidence.

From beginning of sale to completion, my experience of Paul Carr Estate Agents was a positive one. I admit I had trepidation but that was unwarranted. The staff were not only pleasant but very professional; from the branch manager Laurence Bond (who seems to have an incredible knowledge of the area) sales team to the receptionist. They were very accommodating and certainly ensure things things went smoothly. Another important point, they also kept me informed at every step of the way, which was good.
