I have always found Hutton Parker to be really helpful and proactive. What agent could do to change your mind?
Initially I thought that the fees were quite high compared to some other letting agents but I wanted the flat so paid anyway. Since then I feel it has been money well spent as they have been excellent landlords so far and fees going forward (renewal and check out) are much less than others. In fact, I don't think there is a check out fee!
