Francis and Phillip at RiverHomes were fantastic. Our sale turned into a saga, with quite a few twists, not always pleasant. Not only were they unstinting in their efforts to sell our house, their support and optimism when the going got a little tough was very much appreciated.
They really helped us at a stressful time, and though estate agents sometimes deservedly get a bad rep, I now understand just how hard the good ones can work.

Excellent agent who is committed to selling your property and knows the market very well indeed.
Sensible advice throughout the process which in our case was in part for Probate and very helpful thorough and professional follow up and advice in dealing with HMRC etc.
First class service all round and much better than mainstream networks agents in our view.Good value too and good lawyers attaching.

River Homes were able to successfully sell our property at a very satisfactory price after a couple of other local agents had found it difficult to find buyers for our riverside home. The fact that this agency concentrates on property along the River Thames throughout the capital meant that the prospective buyers were already serious about finding a house in our area.

Francis was acting for the vendor of the property which we have just exchanged on. I do believe that without his tenacity and drive to make our deal work that we would not be in this position today. It was not a straightforward deal - complications on the rights of a property and solicitors are never going to be a swift combination but Francis managed to keep me sane(ish!) and just persevered - knowing when to press everyone for action but also knowing when to 'back off' and try a different tack. Thank you

Once we had a committed buyer, they suggested a solicitor who was a specialist conveyor. They also checked that the buyer was likely to be able to provide the finance needed and explained the situation to me.
The sale went through with no problems.
