I have been involved in various positions during my working career but have always had a passion for properties. I have had my own portfolio in the past (albeit a small one) and had thoroughly enjoyed refurbishing properties.
After having children and all grown up now and doing their own thing, I decided to add a
nother string to my bow and start my own business in 2015. I have worked in this industry before having my own Letting agency, realised I had more to offer to Landlords and Tenants alike, and I have never looked back!
I believe that it is important to build up a repour with tenants, and with doing regular inspections, go and deal with any maintenance issues, which sometimes I can deal with myself, simple issues that is, just to save the landlords having a call out charge for not a major issue, or to identify the problem and give the contractor all the details before they visit a property to save them having to arrange a second visit.
I don’t have as many properties as the bigger corporate agencies, but feel I can continue to give an excellent, more personal service to my landlords and tenants, they know that they can call me any time, and because they only speak to me without being handed around to colleagues within the agency, and know what the call is about. I am also available 7 days a week!
