Vital Space were brilliant to deal with from the first appointment. Aaron had a really good understanding of the area and market and gave a realistic and honest appraisal of the property which led to a sale within 24 hours of it being listed whilst still achieving a great price.
Once the sale had been agreed Hester progressed everything between solicitors and made sure everything went through smoothly and was always responsive to queries. This was really reassuring to know everything was moving in the right direction behind the scenes.
I don't intend to move again for a long time but wouldn't hesitate in using Vital Space again and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

I chose Vital Space because they were the agents when I bought the house many years before and I had been impressed then with their service, their professionalism and customer service. So when it came to renting my property for the first time and finding an agent to manage it, I was pleased to find when I met with prospective agents they came out top.
I have really appreciated the team's expert advice and support with renting my property. From the beginning I felt confident that they would take a thorough approach to securing a good tenant. It took a little longer than anticipated as the ongoing pandemic made for more challenging market conditions. Once the tenant was secured they managed the administration efficiently and thoroughly. I'm very pleased with the service provided by the team and would be happy to recommend them to family/friends.

Excellent estate agents deserving of 5 stars. The flat they were selling had a short lease so required a cash buyer and requires a complete makeover so no easy task to sell. Aaron was of the five estate agents I met definitely the most enthusiastic with great energy and the most professional with a balance of a sense of humour putting me at ease. The property went on the market on a thursday and was sold by tuesday morning. I was then contacted by Hester who has been so supportive with all the questions I asked, chasing solicitors, replying to all enquiries I had and putting me at ease.
