Lucy, Geraldine and Alice are a fantastic team. Throughout the whole process of selling my house, I felt they were genuinely working in my best interests. They kept me informed every single step of the way and when I had a query one of them was always at the end of a phone or email with a quick response. In the initial stages, they updated me at least weekly on the number of potential buyers and general level of interest and what they were doing to generate even more. Then as we progressed with offers, they were always quick to respond, honest, helpful and professional. I never ever felt I had to chase them for anything. They were always on top of the situation, right up to the moment of completion, which proved to have a little twist at the end, but then it wouldn't be right if it didn't! They are super-friendly too and nothing is too much trouble.

Ryder and Dutton have been fantastic during the process of putting my property on the market. They have been quick to respond and have been so helpful in explaining the process and clarifying any questions or misunderstandings I have.
Ryder and Dutton have managed this property for me as a Landlord for approximately 11 years and I can't fault them. They are always available, deal with queries promptly, let the property out quickly and keep me informed of any communication from the tenants. They also helped enormously when I had a serious issue with some tenants several years ago.
I would definitely recommend.

We have just advertised our house with yourselves after having a terrible experience with another local estate agent. We were originally going to consider a few estate agents to advertise our property however Ryder & Dutton were the quickest to respond and after meeting Alice I decided not to consider any other agents. I am really pleased with how proactive, honest, genuine and knowledgeable she is. This is exactly what we have been looking for in an estate agent. Her valuation of the property was realistic, her communication is second to none and she is very efficient, actioning things straight away. This is polar opposite to the service I received from the other estate agents and I am now actually looking forward to the prospect of selling my house. Alice is also very likable. I am feeling much more confident about the process now. Thank you Alice!

We have recently completed a very difficult and protracted purchase, due to an awkward vendor.
At all stages of the process Janet was reliable, efficient, honest and approachable. Regardless of what was going on we always felt reassured that she was doing everything within her power to keep us informed and keep on top of the issues that arose and ensure that things could progress.
Although not the lead sales person for the property we have purchased, we also had several dealings with Alice and she was also extremely friendly and professional.
Both ladies went above and beyond and I can't fault the service we received from them. Hopefully we won't be in need of an estate agent again any time soon, but if we were then we would definitely recommend them.

I was always kept promptly informed of the progress of my house sale by Email and more importantly for me by phone as I prefer to talk person to person. Alice & Janet are as good as anybody can be in this respect and they do their job in a courteous and very friendly manner.

I'm currently in the process of selling my house with the Bacup team at Ryder & Dutton and couldn't be happier. The network they have at their disposal is excellent The whole team, Jessica & Alice in particular, have been pleasant and professional throughout. The property had a viewing arranged within 24 hours of it being advertised and an offer placed and accepted within the week. Incredible! I couldn't be happier with the service I've received.
