I have used ADM Residential for Lettings for the last 15 years or so and have absolutely no complaints. The team looked after my interests as a landlord and also the tenants.
Eventually as I came to sell it, I found ADM Sales very aware of a constantly changing and challenging environment. They offered me a variety of ways to sell the property eg Traditional and Conditional auctions using Bamboo auctions and of cause as a traditional Estate Agent route.
An agency is only as good as the people it employs. Everyone was very good.
I was kept well informed at all stages of the process. Often they were one stage ahead of me when I rang with an enquiry. They were very good at chasing people be it Buyer, Buyer Solicitors or anyone else.
I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

A brilliant company, great staff, helpful, care about the customers and their homes.
We have rented our home with Alethea and her team for a couple of years and now moving back.
The property was not left clean however they got the full bond to pay for the deep clean and minor damages.
