Aaron and Jason were both consistently very helpful, efficient, friendly, and always prompt in their responses to us and dealings with our matters. Out of the three estate agents we hired to let out the property, they were by far the most helpful. Aaron always made a point of coming to viewings a bit earlier to make the flat look nice before the applicants arrived, and also staying back after they left to personally give me feedback (I live in the flat above), as well as helpful suggestions on how to improve the flat. He also really made an effort to find us the right kind of people, and to get us the highest offer, as quickly as possible. In this he stood out from other agents, and really made a difference to the process. Thanks to his suggestions, we repainted and re-carpeted the flat, and he found us a nice couple who could move in within two weeks, who seemed to be very suitable for the flat. Jason also was very helpful in that he regularly called to give updates, and always make us feel well-received and reassured. He also helped us find a good carpet service, and made good suggestions in making our choice. Both Jason and Aaron showed genuine interest in helping us with all the issues that came up along the way, and went out of their way to give us advice on how to work things out. We are very happy with the service provided by Winkworths on this occasion, and grateful for all the work they did for us. Many thanks to both of you for all your effort.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Very reasonable fees- they were roughly the same fees as all the local agents in the area and in some instances they were more reasonable than the local agents, which was surprising.

They gave a great service from the very beginning, starting with a fair and realistic estimate of what I would get for the property. When I asked to put it in at a higher price, they agreed to try, but it ended up going for the price they initially predicted. They were very helpful with regards to preparing the property to the correct standards and also with how to best deal with tricky tenants should this become a problem. They have been totally above board, trustworthy, straight down the line, adaptable and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Aaron was recommended to me by Jaspreet at Willesden Green as we are renting out our property. Aaron listened to what we needed, a ground floor flat with a garden for our cats and preferably enclosed and a decent size property. He showed us round a couple of lovely flats and then Monson Road was about to come on the market and he got us there asap. He was unable to show it to us but got Jason to do so on his day off. Then when we said we liked it he helped us secure it and Telisha was also very helpful too. And when we needed to measure up again before we got the keys (the property was a little delayed in being refurbished) Aaron again arranged to let us go back in and measure up ahead of us delivering our furniture etc with the help of Jason again. It was a very good experience indeed and everyone, especially Aaron from the outset worked hard to meet our specific needs. We are here now and the cats and ourselves are settling in very nicely. Thank you very much. I would recommend Winkworths to others off the back of this experience. Kindest Claire and Dominic

See above - Rentshield Direct were terrible. I would go to another agent to avoid them. Failure to see outside the box and \'computer says no\' attitude made the process painful and required lots of time and effort on my part.

Telisha was pretty good with dealing with a pretty involved referencing process but failed to mention a couple of points which could have slowed the process up even further than it had been by Rentshield Direct. Generally good though.
Worst part of the process was Rentshield Direct's complete and utter lack of clarity on their online form regarding the criteria they use to either pass or fail applicants. Please be clear on this - it has cost me personally time and money. There is no part of their form that allows you to enter details of additional equity such as savings etc.

I also really liked that he would tell me exactly what was holding up the process e.g gas check, rather than just saying 'it's been held up'.
Aaron was friendly, polite and very attentive throughout the whole process of getting into my flat and because of this I would happily reccomend winkworth to anyone.

I expressed interest in one of the flats Winkworth advertised on Zoopla. Aaron contacted me promptly to discuss my requirements in more detail. That flat was no longer available but Aaron suggested another flat that had recently come on the market and organised a viewing for me. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The entire process from registering interest to signing the contract was hassle free and both Telisha and Aaron were really helpful. I would recommend Winkworth to anyone looking for new accommodation, best service by far.

I approached Winkworth for an urgent letting via the phone. Within 2 hours, I was at the subject property showing it to Aaron Priscott. He understood instantly the profile of prospective tenants that I would consider. Within 24 hours; he had found suitable tenants. The AST needed slight tailoring and I was liaising with his colleague Christine Boyd to draft this at c8.30 pm, which was certainly impressive I thought. Winkworth dealt with arranging all of the admin including arranging cleaners; inventory; extra keys cut; dealing with the deposit scheme etc; which certainly took away all of the headaches of doing this my self. Moreover, they did all of this quickly and efficiently with third parties that charged reasonable prices. I would strongly recommend.
