Lloyd has been excellent during our move into the flat. Lloyd has been excellent during our move into the flat. He was the best agent that we spoke to during our search for rented accommodation and quickly established our budget and our needs and matched them accordingly. I would also like to add that Lloyd drove us around the area and from accommodation to accommodation and was happy to do so. He has also remained in contact during our move-in week to ensure we settled OK. There was a small problem over parking which I hope will be settled shortly, as my wife and I were assured we would have plenty of parking space.

I was really impressed with the service I received at Prospect. Lloyd was very friendly, considerate and professional. The viewing went really smoothly, everything was explained in detail and there were no hidden costs. It made the experience a pleasant, rather than laborious, affair. He has responded promptly and courteously to all telephonic and email queries and his friendly attitude has made quite a difference to what is normally a stressful experience when it comes to renting. We have not yet moved into our new home, but if the level of service remains the same, I will be most impressed with Prospect agency and its representatives.
