Sold my 3 bed semi within a week.
I have used a lot of estate Agent In the past and
Not had a good experience... but I must say balgores where fantastic... It only took 8 weeks from start to finish... their Communication is impeccable and their always willing to help with anything that's thrown at them.

A Thank You Note!
Recently we had bought and sold with Balgores at Gravesend and found the whole team highly skilled professionals in their field of work!
Over many years we have used a number of Estate Agents. They did not have the skill sets to deal with complex matters or take leadership when confronted with a myriad of unforeseen issues that had the potential of becoming stumbling blocks. Balgores of Gravesend are an exception to this experience, they are field practitioners and are truly amazing at what they do.
In particular, we would like to praise Jason Perry (Senior Property Consultant) and Ian Weedon (the in house, Mortgage and Protection Consultant). In abundance, with complete integrity they demonstrated their ability to navigate us through a storm caused by delays which were completely out of our control. They remained honest, as calm as a heart surgeons and truly professional throughout. Jason, being tactically astute took full control of the situation and with his superior negotiating skills was able to finalise an outcome which was in the best interest of both the buyer and seller.
The only statistics I have to support my rationale is that: three houses have recently been up for sale on our road. Two with Balgores and both houses sold pretty much immediately after being put on the market. The third house after about the same number of months remains unsold, it’s up with an unnamed agent based in Gravesend.
Again, We would highly recommend Balgores of Gravesend and also a special thanks to Andrew the Branch Manager too.

Our experience buying our property through Balgores was excellent.
From the day our offer was accepted till the day we picked our keys up was only 7 weeks in total. It all went through super quick, no chain involved but was sped up so we could be in for Christmas.
Andrew the branch manager could not have helped more.
Everything I asked for was action immediately. Questions were answered with no fuss, everything a buying would like as moving is stressful enough having to chase people but this was never the case.
Frank & Conor were also helpful when showing us around the property.
I will defiantly use Balgores again in the future.
Thank you for a stress free proses.

Signed with me them on the18th January 2019, and had lots of interest, we have today exchanged contracts, 22nd February 2019, 16 working days. Unbelievable. On a whim, after a recommendation we phoned Balgores, discussed our situation, we was given unpressurized advice, and arranged a visit with Andrew, who came round and gave us complete confidence he could help us.
We put our house on the market with them on the 18th of January, sold within 5 days, and have exchanged contracts, including our new build on the 22nd of February, unbelievable.
Veiwings were carried out by Connor, with a great level of communication / feedback.
Phonecalls always answered.
Can't praise them enough.

Andrew Perry came out and did the initial valuation and explained exactly what we could expect from himself and his team.
Within 24hrs photos where done and the property was on the market.
Within two days we had our first viewing
The viewing 's where handled professionally and timely by Andrew or one of his excellent team.
We where undated at every step of the way and Andrew handled every problem we encountered professionally, promptly and without any drama.
Throughout the whole process Andrew was professional, Curtis and a pleasure to deal with as where every member of his team.
I have no doubt I will recommend Andrew and his team at balgores gravesend to anyone selling or buying property in the area.

Highly competitive as well as being flexible (in my case). I was in touch with a number of other agents and the agreement I reached with Andrew Perry was as good (if not better) than anyone else in Gravesend. But even if someone else had undercut the price, I doubt they would have provided the value for money that I feel I got for the fee.

Following my recent experience of your company I felt I should write a review as the service I received was exemplary. Despite numerous obstacles and one very tough year, Andrew (Perry) did everything possible to make the sale happen. I would recommend him and Balgores in general to anyone looking to sell a property. Their professionalism and level of customer care was second to none. At every stage I felt that they had my best interests at heart, I was given everything I needed to make informed decisions and they were always available to answer my queries. In a sector notorious for "dodgy" dealers, Balgores guided me through the sale process (despite the aforementioned issues) with care and consideration. I could not have asked for more.

They always maintained the flow of communication through the whole process and kept us up to date with any changes. From our experience, when it comes to estate agents there are a lot of cheap and cheerful options out there but it definitely pays to go with one like Blagores that have the wealth of experience and skills to be able to proactively generate viewings (instead of sit around, waiting for the phone to ring) and negotiate the right price for your property.

Estate agents in general have quite a tarnished reputation and so we were a little apprehensive about what to expect from Balgores. We invited Balgores, and three other local independent agents in to our home for a valuation on what was to be our first ever sale. Andrew was the first agent to arrive and after he left, I instantly knew that he was the man for us. It is evident that Andrew's aim is to always do whatever he can, and what ever it takes to ensure that his client is happy. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure that as first time sellers, we were professionally guided from our very first contact with Balgores. Unlike the other agents who came, it was a no pressure, no obligation visit, certainly no sales pitch. He had done his research well and had a comprehensive understanding of the local market. In the end, we achieved a sale for over the asking price for our property within 24 hours. Whilst it is an estate agent's job to be some what charming, Andrew is very much so, however this is genuine charm. It is also worth noting that Andrew is 100% committed to his promises. We cannot recommend Andrew and his team at Balgores enough. Should we not be moving out of the South East, we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you for everything.
