Having rented a property from this estate agent for 3 and half years ensuring at all time to be compliant to the terms of conditions of my tenancy agreement, I experienced unnecessary challenges when obtaining my deposit balance on departure from the property. In a duplicitous manner, they decided to include cost and charges that were not declared in the tenancy agreement signed, so that they could whittle away as much of the value of the deposit. I have now been left with a balance which is less than half of my initial deposit unjustifiably.

I urge others to not use this estate agent for property rentals or buys as they cannot be trusted to act with respect and credence when it is most necessary!!

Great professionalism and always willing to help where necessary . The lovely voices , laughter over the phone and warm reception at the office, are some of the lovely memories to recall . My partner and I, are now hoping to buy a property through balgores property group someday .

Balgore's Letting team, especially Laura and Jo have provided me with an excellent service. Historically Jo had been an fantastic professional.The best thing I like about them is their pro activeness and timely updates on the marketed property,which is refreshing and welcoming for busy landlords.
