Excellent service from start to finish. Grant was spot on with his valuation of the house and guided us through the process until Nicola took over just prior to completion. Greg was always helpful at the end of the telephone answering any queries and passing on messages. Altogether a professional team giving an excellent service. Grant was incredible outstanding at making sure the sale of the property went through successfully. He was a key in the success of the sale, his understanding and negotiating skills are invaluable. We selected Choices to sell our flat and have so far been really impressed with the level or service provided by both Nicola and Grant. From day one we were informed regularly about any action taking place in regards to viewings, offers etc and were pleased with the volume of interest generated. Both are very proactive and very rarely did we need to chase anything. We accepted an offer in a relatively sort time frame from when the property was marketed and now progressing to completion which we hope is as smooth as the rest of this process has been so far.
