The service is excellent and Squires owners are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, with a wealth of experience. Their staff are well trained and focused on supporting customers to achieve good long term letting arrangements, with a sound property management process in place, to ensure any issues are quickly and helpfully resolved.
I have been in frequent contact with Edward Kay recently and he has been clear and helpful with advice and support and I am happy to recommend the company to anyone considering letting or selling a property.

Would definitely use Squires again. We sold our property through Squires and we are also letting a property through them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They exceeded our expectations (as we used several other agents beforehand) and the communication was excellent as well as managing expectations. They got us the most viewings in a short space of time and were always professional.

Having experienced all of the agents in the NW7 area, I can say without hesitation that Squires is the best and most efficient agency to work with. Ed and his staff worked tirelessly to sell our flat, with a seamless link to their Hendon and Finchley offices too. With weekly updates (daily and hourly towards the end of the process) I always felt I was in safe hands. Living locally, I sometimes went to the office and was always welcomed with a smile. They have the best knowledge of the property market and the area and I would encourage any prospects to use them in the future.

Again unlike some other agents in the area they are not greedy when it comes to fees and automatically reduce letting fees to very reasonable rates on tenant renewals.
