I would thoroughly recommend anyone to use MR residential. My only regret is not using them sooner. I initially went with a large agency in town in October 2016. The fees were far cheaper than the leading agents with no hidden extra costs. For example for MR to register a deposit it is £30 compared to £75 by many big agents.
