We thought that selling a house from the other side of the world would be very stressful, but this was the total opposite. Cannot recommend Catherine enough absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Ryder & Dutton dealt with the sale of a deceased relative's house for me. We choose them over over another local agent as they appeared much more interested and professional. Throughout the months we have been buying a house, we have received the most excellent service from Ryder and Dutton, Heywood Branch, especially Catherine Salisbury who has worked tirelessly to provide a service to ensure we were happy and eventually resulted in a satisfactory sale. Ours has been a particularly long case and she has never waivered, only supported, always courteous and encouraging when things became difficult, we couldn't have wanted more, she is certainly in the right job. I could not recommend their service enough, also to mention Rachel Brettell who has had occasion to contact us with her support and Lynn who had shown us around properties on various occasions, all with the most attentive and respectful manner I came to expect and appreciate. I have had occasion to do business with other estate agents in the area including Bury but none come close to compare with this branch of Ryder and Dutton, I highly recommend them and would always opt for them now. Thankyou R&D.

The outstanding level of service I received from Catherine, Lynn & Rachel at Ryder & Dutton in Heywood has really blown me away. Estate agents don't always get the best press, but the team here certainly deserve it. They consistently went over and above what is expected of them and the sale nearly fell through on a few separate occasions, but they managed to rescue it. I simply cannot recommend them enough.
