The whole experience was fantastic, from start to finish we sold our property and moved into our new one within ten weeks! and there was a four chain! I cant recommend Balgores enough! The whole experience was fantastic, from start to finish we sold our property and moved into our new one within ten weeks! and there was a four chain! I cant recommend Balgores enough! Dee and Claire were amazing and kept us in the loop the whole time as was everyone else!! Thank you all!!!

We just visited once the mortgage office, and spoken to Peter, he immediately deal with our mortgage applications, on the same date we've got approval from the Bank. and during the process, any inquiry we are dealing with Claire. both of them are approachable and friendly. We just visited once the mortgage office, and spoken to Peter, he immediately deal with our mortgage applications, on the same date we've got approval from the Bank. and during the process, any inquiry we are dealing with Claire. both of them are approachable and friendly. We are strongly recommend this company to anyone whose looking for a mortgage advisor.

Balgores Hornchurch were the vendor's agents so can only comment on viewings and eventually buying but yes, a very responsive team and always a pleasure to deal with, things went quickly and smoothly overall. We also used Peter to arrange our mortgage and his insights and expertise enabled us to secure a better house than we'd originally hoped. So yes, top marks all round. Would definitely recommend them and be happy to use them ourselves again in future.
