Very impressed with Vanessa's approach from the outset. Very impressed with Vanessa's approach from the outset. Having visited 5-6 other agents within the Market Square and leaving somewhat disappointed, my final visit to Thomas Morris proved to be the most successful. Vanessa showed interest and kindness from the outset, and offered to book me in with a mortgage broker to aid in my search. Two viewings were arranged through St Neots branch, and although I eventually ended up making an offer on a property administered through the St Ives branch, Vanessa was an exceptional introduction to the Thomas Morris group. Owing to her approach and diligence I made the decision to instruct Thomas Morris Conveyancing for my purchase despite having used a separate firm in my previous transactions. Thank you and keep up the good work!
