Wayne and Mark have been wonderful.
From when I first started using Marting & Co. to rent out my flat to when I decided it was time to sell the property the team have all been lovely, friendly and helpful and have been great to talk to every step of the way. They have made my experience a a first time seller (and prior to that landlord) as painless and easy as possible. They sorted out pretty much everything!
They took the time to explain things to me and were very clear, they event went out of their way to chase what was happening when delays occured. Wayne and Mark were willing to work via email and phone as it wasn't possible for me to come to their offices due to having to relocate for work.
Their rates are very good, and they are worth every penny.
My only regret, is that now that the process is over, I won't have an excuse to stay in touch!

Fantastic customer service.
