We had an issue within our property and we emailed L&A lettings and they got the issue sorted right out for us and organised roofers to come in and look at the issues straight away. Can’t thank them enough and understanding the urgency of the issue. Thankyou so ... Read Full Review

First time using L and A Lettings and I have been extremely impressed with the service here. Having used multiple other letting agents in the past for my properties, I will be sure to use this company from now on as they go above and beyond. Professional and efficient service from the start and I was very impressed that they interview and visit the existing property of any potential tenants prior to offering my property to them. Very professional personal business. They care about the properties and tenants. I lived in the property for 2 years and never had any problems at all. Very professional personal business. They care about the properties and tenants. I lived in the property for 2 years and never had any problems at all. I dealt mainly with Jon but everyone I had contact with in the office were friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them 100%.

A first class extremely professional estate agents.
Always up to date with the latest legislation whilst being very approachable and helpful.
I had never been a landlady before but they went above and beyond and helped me and continue to help me through the whole process. Without a doubt if you are looking for a letting agent their wisdom and knowledge is second to none - very highly recommended.

Not the best explaining what's broken or needs doing, it's my 2 nd Time renting through a letting agent and l&a are by far the best letting agents we've rented through , been with them a year and very happy with everything so far can not fault them anywhere, I very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent
