Andrews Residential came highly recommended by Michael Dring who carried out the energy survey at the property we were selling. We met Ben from the Uxbridge branch of Andrews Residential at the property for a valuation survey and were impressed with Ben’s overall knowledge of the property market and were provided with a realistic valuation. We had met with three well-known estate agents prior to our meeting with Ben and Ben’s professionalism shone through. Throughout the whole selling process we were kept informed of all viewing by Lucy at their office and given sensible advice based on comments made by potential purchasers. James carried out most of the viewings on our behalf and his polite, professional approach led to several offers on our property. James and Ben secured a sale on the property, which was very close to the guide price provided. From our initial introduction to Andrews Residential, through to completion of the sale of our property was completely stress-free, with completion taking place approximately eleven weeks from the property going on the market. Thanks once again to the whole team at the Uxbridge branch of Andrews Residential for providing us with a first-class service. We highly recommend their services if you are looking at selling your property. Forget the rest and go with the best!

Andrews took over & almost instantly everything improved, their communication & professionalism really were 10/10, they actually cared & showed compassion & understanding, they went above & beyond, not only did they sell our house they saved the day with our future home that we could of lost had it been left to the previous agents! We will be forever grateful to Ben & the team at Andrews & cannot recommend them enough.

I have had many awful experiences with many Estate agents, having gone through 4 prior to Andrews, but Andrews buck this trend.

We bought our firt property from Andrews Residential and we have been very happy with their overall service. Max was the one who arranged the viewing for us and was extremely helpful and responsive to our initial queries.
Our case was looked after from the beginning until the end by Ben.
Ben would always keep us updated with news and continuously work hard for our case, and to keep all parties happy and engaged.
He did go above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and we will be always grateful to him.

Absolutely brilliant service, I highly recommend Andrews Residential. We found them very professional, friendly and polite, nothing was to much trouble for them. They were always ready to answer any questions that we had however minor they were and always managed to make us feel at ease. We really weren't looking forward to the experience of selling our property but I have to say it was seamless, we only really dealt with Ben and James and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Not once did we have to call the office to find out what was going on or to chase anything, they helped us and put us and ease throughout the whole process.
