Being a first time buyer was very daunting and at times confusing! However the team at Hunters genuinely seemed to care and were unbelievably helpful.
All queries were answered very fast, help was always a phone call away, staff were very polite and knowledgeable.
Overall, a fantastic service and an excellent team. Cannot recommend them enough!

When looking for an Estate Agent to sell my terraced house in Chesterfield recently, I was recommended HUNTERS by my niece who had used them when selling her house. My niece spoke of how good their service had been with such friendly and helpful staff. I live abroad and having just sold my house via HUNTERS, I can confirm that they were every bit as good as I had been led to believe. From my initial contact to the final sale, I have been very impressed by everyone who has either answered the 'phone or carried out other duties to help. I have picked out two 'staff members only' for a special mention but this is based on these two members being directly involved in the sale of my house, namely Donna (Senior negotiator) and Dave Hacker (Accompanied viewing person). Donna has been an absolute delight to deal with, mainly because of her 'open', friendly attitude and manner. She has always been positive and supportive throughout and I must say, HUNTERS are blessed by having her work for them. The second person, David Hacker, although I never met him during the sale of my house, I know from having worked with him in our previous jobs years ago, to be dedicated and professional in everything he deals with. Additionally, prospective purchasers who he accompanied to view my house, have given positive feedback to me about his pleasant and friendly nature. Finally, I want to mention some other members of staff who I had some form of telephone contact with during my house sale. Firstly, the Manager Mat, the Senior Valuer - also named Mat, Emma and Ashley. To summarise, every member of staff that I have mentioned are not only a credit to themselves with their positive attitude at work, but also fantastic ambassadors for HUNTERS Estate Agents. Well done. I too, now have no hesitation in recommending HUNTERS to anyone who wants to be dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner.

Hunters have been brilliant throughout the purchase of my property. Right from the beginning Donna has been extremely helpful and her knowledge and experience has been invaluable.
She has kept in touch constantly always letting me know what is happening when others have not. She has tirelessly chased information from other estate agents even when they have been less than forthcoming. I have received excellent service from Donna , she always calls with information and always returns calls or emails.
I would recommend Donna and Hunters again and again.
