Great service all the way from first contact to house sale. £600 up front fee and that was all we paid. Great photos taken which we could choose from for the advert. Great service all the way from first contact to house sale.
£600 up front fee and that was all we paid.
Great photos taken which we could choose from for the advert.
Professional detailed schedule written.
We had help from most of the team including Ruth, Michelle, Sarah, Rebecca L, Rebacca Y and Joyce arranging 20+ viewings all very efficiently, including feedback.
When the main offer came in, Ruth was very quick at contacting us and providing good solid advice, which ended in two increases to the original offer.
All in all - I don't understand why people pay high street commissions when you have an online team this good.

This was the first time I'd used an online estate agent and I was, as most others would be, rather dubious as to how well it would work out. I have moved house 4 times over the last 15 years and always used local agents, and always had at least one issue that irritated me. Without doubt, using ScotHouseMove was the best decision I made during the sale. The staff are friendly and approachable and seem always available. The service is efficient, any advice you may want is sound. They are open when others estate agents are closed. The organisation of the home report was good, the home report itself was performed by a local surveyor, so even though the agents are based in Glasgow, it really doesnt matter. They always follow up on any viewings, email and phone. Great service. I would choose these guys even if they were the same price as my local agent. But they were a fraction of the cost.
