I have been a Landlord for many years now and I have always used the services of L & A Lettings for my management requirements. They were initially recommended to me by a mutual friend and long term tenant of theirs who introduced me to Lyndon.
I have always found them not only to be of the upmost professionalism but also a friendly and helpful company who are always available to assist in any matters that have arisen over the years. Their staff deliver the highest level of customer service which they have demonstrated time and again over my time working with them. Always going that extra mile.
I cannot recommend their services highly enough and feel proud to be part of the ongoing success.

I've been a landlord for 10 years and L&A Lettings have been managing my properties for the whole of that time. Lyndon initially identified properties for me to purchase and the guided me through the process of buying. Everything is on tap. Mortgage broker, solicitor and then full management.
Their policy of vetting tenants in their own homes and the level of experience that the staff have is phenomenal. No other agency can possibly have that level of expertise and commitment, most of the staff are retired Police Officers and all I can say is that my experience has been like a dream.
Well done guys you are the best!!!!

I was a tenant with L&A lettings for almost 12 years and the service they provided was phenomenal. I was a young single parent with 2 toddlers and renting my first property was very overwhelming. L&A lettings made the process very smooth and straightforward for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble and if i needed any repairs doing, they were onto it immediately. My rent has been steady for all these years, meaning I could afford to rent without falling into hardship. My 2 children have now grown up and are needing their own bedrooms, hence the need to move out of the property we called home for 12 years. Fantastic letting agents who we highly recommend and we will miss working with. Thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for me and my girls. Lyndon and Richard I have known you both from the beginning of my journey and I will never forget how good you have been to me. Take care and all the best. The Jones Family

L&A lettings are real experts at what they do. The letting process is first class. I have let a property out using another agent in the past but they don't even come close to L&A.
