We managed to buy our perfect home thanks to everyone at Turners. When things looked like the chain was going to break, Rob went out of his way to keep communications open when Solicitors failed us!
We were also able to pick up our keys at 9am before funds were trasnferred thanks to them asked our vendors so we had time to unpack a van load before exchanging keys on our old flat.
Everyone always helpful and friendly on the telephones and always helped me out - even with measurements so I could pre-order a sofa!

We have been using Turners now for 3 years to find new tenants. We are very happy with their professionalism. The tenants have been well tailored to the property. The tenancies went smoothly. Turners set up all the agreements very quickly and were very proactive.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Originally I had my own tenants and used Turners to manage the flat, the fees were significantly less than any other estate agents I approached. When Turners found new tenants for me, the charges were significantly less than any others in the area.

Avoid this agent like a plague if you plan on renting, abusive and threatening behaviour, harassed verbally. John Kidd considers himself a gangster by all accounts and when challenged quickly becomes defensive and abusive then stops all communication. The secretary Nicola is more interested in her ... By law they need to have appliances gas checked and fitted by qualified engineers, neither was done and the house is covered in mould and damp

John Kidd considers himself a gangster by all accounts and when challenged quickly becomes defensive and abusive then stops all communication. The secretary Nicola is more interested in her nails and being ruse than picking up the phone. (Can't comment on the rest) They don't reply to emails or phone calls. Contacted the local council and made several complaints to the HSE and PRS about them. Hopefully they will be convicted.
