Very happy with the full management service I am getting from Philip James.
Trisha Atkinson produced an end of tenancy report that was better than any other agent I deal with in my portfolio. She did not just send me the check out report but instead went through and gave her detailed recommendations on what works should be done and even attached a full break down of cost and links to exact products. She did this without me even asking for it. Great stuff.

Overall the company is very very good. During my 2 year stay they helped me out when there were issues. During the move out they were very quick to settle items once bills and that had been settled. Sometimes it did take a few days to sort a few repairs but they were always dealt with in the ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees are very reasonable for the city centre. Discount is offered if taken up straight away.

Overall the company is very very good.
During my 2 year stay they helped me out when there were issues.

We had to pay all of our fees all over again when we signed to continue the lease for a further 9 months with no changes to ours/their circumstances.
