What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees were very reasonable especially when you take the option to pay all the fee in advance as we did.

My property sold in 2.5 weeks from going on the Rightmove website. The agent always dealt with my queries and returned my calls promptly. I was kept informed of viewers feedback by phone and email and felt I was provided with good guidance when negotiating the sale of my property.
One of the 2 differences between the high street estate agents and Scot House Move is that it doesn't have a high street presence. However, given that over 90% of people now begin their search online, a high street presence is becoming increasingly irrelevant. The other AND most important difference of all, is that Scot House Move costs less than 15% of what most other high street agents costs and gets the job done :)
