If you are looking for the best Estate Agents in Devon then just search Mansbridge Balment Tavistock. During an incredibly busy housing market this year (Spring/Summer 2021) I both sold my property with them and bought a property with them too.
Their professional and knowledgeable advice on both sides of this process was second to none. From that very initial phone call , (where first impressions matter) to arrange a valuation everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and clear on how the process would work. Nothing was too much trouble right through from the initial valuation through to securing my lovely new home. In particular Kevin, Julia and Peter have been incredibly supportive during quite a stressful process resulting in a successful completion in time for the end of September deadline. An absolute pleasure to find a team so focussed on providing such excellent customer service where you speak to a human being rather than automated robots!

We sold two of our properties through Mansbridge and had great experiences with pretty much all of the staff there.
From our initial meeting with Kevin, we then dealt with Peter, Nicola and Julia in some capacity througout both sales. All were extremely helpful and professional.
We did have some problem buyers along the way who caused issues, although sometimes this can not be helped and we did eventually find two serious buyers who proceeded to completion with no hassle. This rating would have been 5 stars had we found these buyers straight away!
We very much look forward to using Mansbridge again in future dealings.

Mansbridge Balment gave an amazing professional service from the beginning of the selling process to the completion of the purchase of our new home. When our house was put on the market Kevin showed a great interest in our house. He was very positive about it from the start. He explained the moving home process clearly and took care in ensuring that the presentation of our house matched our expectations.
Nicola became our go to lead at Mansbridge Balment. From the start she was highly professional giving us confidence with her efficiency matched with positivity. Throughout the whole process of selling and buying her communication was excellent keeping us up to date of developments.
They have maintained the excellent service as I remembered from using Mansbridge Balment 35 years ago. The whole team show a passion for their work with a thorough knowledge of the Tavistock area going above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients.

Very good initial visit, sales brochure and marketing to well matched clients.
Once the sale was agreed, contact slowed and I was left guessing. Rang office 2 days before moving date to ask what the arrangements were, time out, keys etc.
I ended up having to make private arrangements with my buyers, whose details I got through the solicitor, which worked well for us.
