I was attempting to find a furnished apartment in an extremely short period of time from Spain, due to unforeseen work commitments. Thankfully I found Coopers, and in particular the wonderful Kayleigh. Not only did she go above and beyond in order to help a very stressed client, but she was extremely professional and efficient and found us exactly what we were looking for in an unbelievably short period of rime. She made what was a stressful and difficult process so much easier and was a real pleasure to deal with. Both my husband and I would definitely recommend Coopers, and certainly Kayleigh in particular, she was a star! Thanks Kayleigh, you really made a difference and lowered our stress levels! Totally professional but a kind friendly attitude as well, which was exactly what we needed. Great customer service.

My property came on the market at a tricky time of year for the tenants I was looking for but they always gave me sound, honest advice. My experience with Coopers and Kayleigh Julien was fantastic. This was my first time moving and Kayleigh made the whole experience stress free, easy and enjoyable. She was always enthusiastic, happy to help and would always get back to me about any questions I had immediately.
Her warm personality and passion for what she does really made this feel so easy and left me to just enjoy the exciting experience of moving home. I am now all set up in my new place, extremely happy.

I found Kayleigh's standard of work and commitment to providing an excellent service beyond expectations, she was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. This was particularly helpful as I was abroad on holiday and recovering from a back injury at the time!
