I used Emsleys to sell my 4-bed house. Jared showed great knowledge of the area and comparable properties, and due to the great position and condition, recommended a valuation £35k higher than other agents. Photos were excellent and the property was listed on a Thursday evening. Three viewings were booked that weekend and I accepted an offer on the Monday! Carol is a superb negociator and quickly secured the asking price from one of the bidders. From that point forward she was outstanding in ensuring that the sale progressed, chasing up all parties and dealing with issues along the way. A truly exceptional service throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

We received regular updates from them regarding any viewing feedback and I felt that we are always kept in the loop. The house was sold within 2 weeks for asking price and we couldn't have been happier with the result. Special shout out to Carol as she was our main contact, and she made the whole process so easy and delivered such a personal and caring service.

When arranging viewings on the property we bought, Emsley's were always very flexible and accommodating and never rushed us during the viewings.

When sale fallen through agents re advertised my flat straight away and we have discussed other options like renting it out for time being as well.
I have found estate agents very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I would certainly choose the Emsleys estate agents again. :)
