Very professional and dedicated throughout. Davinder has built a formidable sales team and our house sale was delayed a number of times because of the pandemic. But John and Jan stayed with us and navigated us through our sale to our desired purchase. Jan is the 'Jedi master' of sales negotiators and worked tirelessly to make sure not only we sold but we secured the property we wanted to buy, dealing with other agents and even dealing with solicitor issues when required. Above and beyond. There are no problems in Jan's world only solutions. Best Estate Agent we have ever used.

Our property had been left in a poor state by the previous tenant who had also stopped paying their rent. Davinder fought our case with the insurance company who were trying to wriggle and he ensured we got paid all the lost rent which was a huge relief. Rosie gave us great advice on what and ... Davinder fought our case with the insurance company who were trying to wriggle and he ensured we got paid all the lost rent which was a huge relief.
Rosie gave us great advice on what and what not to due during the course of the refurbishment and subsequent relet happened very smoothly and rapidly - she was a fantastic support.

As a result of VERY poor practise by the local council, we found ourselves with a letter of demand from a bailiff company on our flat. I stress this was not our fault, and certainly not Belvoir's. But the way Davinder handled the situation, sorted out the council and reassured us that he would deal with it was fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of how Belvoir dealt with this issue. This is a shame because I would definitely add Emma Nolan for her customer interface and management skills, and Jan Howard who managed the sale of my property after I eventually decided to sell it after 10 years ownership.
In closing, it should be recognised that under Davinder's excellent leadership and commitment to always making himself personally available if necessary, Belvoir have a highly professional team across the board.
Too many names to mention here, but they should all be applauded.

I have to say that the team at Belvoir (Hitchin) are a fantastic bunch! I was only able to choose two staff members at Belvoir (Hitchin) to give a review on, but I would have chosen them all if I could have.
I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell their property or to let their property out to tenants. They will find you fantastic tenants, which will take the stress off you, and will manage your property effectively. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to my own friends and family.
