The whole Yopa concept is brilliant - from start to finish!
Lynburge was our agent, he was prompt and efficient in everything, organised floor plans and photos which were comparable, if not better, than any of the flashier high street agents, and he got the property marketed in days.
The yopa communication portal Is very intuitive, and allows potential buyers to make enquiries directly to the buyer / so dramatically speeding up the process.
All in all - I've no complaints and would have no doubts about using YOPA again.

Excellent!!! Lynburge was so helpful and easy to talk to. He arrived on time and he was very professional and thorough as he captured every detail about my needs and the property. I did not feel rushed at all and that was something I found useful as he was able to demonstrate his knowledge about the area, the various types of properties, and he also took his time to ensure any questions I had were answered satisfactorily. He understood why I was having the valuation and provided me information that I could refer to as I make my decision. My report got to me in good time as well which is brilliant.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience of selling our London home with Yopa from start to finish. We contacted yopa, were immediately put in touch with lynberge Rene our local estate agent who came over very quickly valued the property accurately giving the exact valuation 3 other estate agents had given and was confident that even though we were due to go away on holiday the following week he could sell the property in our absence (which with 6 children was a very appealing prospect). Lynberge himself was friendly and knowledgeable but avoided slating all the competition. Within days a professional photographer had taken beautiful photographs of our home and he himself was very kind and friendly and professional and made is feel very at ease. We went on holiday the next day, lynberge had one open day and by the time we got home the following week he had indeed sold our house. I would definitely recommend Yopa. We have been so happy with Lynberge and the whole team and this for a fraction of the cost of a high Street estate agent.

Yes you save thousands compared to the the high street agents, but the service Yopa provided was basic. Our local agent was slow to respond to emails, rarely answered my calls, and often struggled to oversee the viewings (which I paid extra for!). I don’t believe it was entirely his fault; I think head office had him spread too thinly across a large catchment area. But, that being the case, it left me continually frustrated on a daily basis.

Yopa’s after-sales team are equally average.
Perhaps all agents are uncaring, and unmotivated (I wouldn’t know, as I’ve only ever sold once - through Yopa), but at least I didn’t have to shell out too much money for the “pleasure”.

I can’t speak highly of Lynburge after looking at a few properties in SE9 we eventually found one through YOPA. Lynburge was friendly, professional. And even tho the property was not for me he made the whole experience seem less. He called straight away to confirm the booking and was extremely polite.

I met with Lynburge last year when he came to value my flat. We hit it off from there and I knew when I was ready to sell I would call him. Fast forward 6 months when I decide to sell. He came to the property early Sunday morning to get the keys and said that he would take care of things from there. True to his word he did. He cared out a number of viewings and got me a price I was happy to sell for. On completion he met the buyer at 9 in the evening to give him his keys. Great guy, thanks for what you done. I would happily recommend him.
