Me and my partner decided it was time for us to buy our first property. We went to see Justyna for our mortgage and as soon as we sat down we knew we were in great hands and had come to the right place. Justyna answered every question we (I) had! A lovely light minded person is exactly what you need when your going through the stress of sorting a mortgage! I also want to add her PA Jane who I had a lot of correspondence with who was fantastic again at answering my questions and very quick with her responses. I can’t fault the work Justyna has done for us. She has made the whole process such a breeze! So thank you to Justyna and Jane!

I recently viewed a property that I decided to buy but I needed to get my property to market quickly. I contacted the St Ives branch and within 4 hours Dan had valued my property, taken pictures and it was on the market the following day. I was kept up to date about the viewings (there were 7 in total) and I sold the property within 1 week having had several offers. At each stage of the process the follow up was excellent, professional but yet personable. Justyna gave me great advice on my mortgage options as well as life cover without the usual sales pressure. All in all a great experience.
