We sold our house and bought our new house through Davis Tate Goring. Our house was sold after the 4th viewing at the price we wanted and DT managed to keep our buyer engaged while we found what we wanted. They were able to give us a viewing early and we bought the house we didn't know we wanted until we saw it. The whole process took about 6 months and the team were fantastic throughout. Special mention to Sallie who was always available to talk through every step of the way. Also James, who initially valued our house, Clare for arranging viewings and Rebecca who was learning the ropes.

Over the past couple of months I have attended several house viewings and dealt with a lot of different estate agents. From the moment I pulled up outside the property I was viewing I was greeted with a smile and felt confident that Brian was knowledgable and more than willing to help me. I walked away not only happy with the property but very impressed with Davis Tate. I was told to contact Clare on Monday morning to discuss the property further, I attended on Monday morning and was informed that Davis Tate offer a fair chance to all applicants for a property and therefore I would need to apply and wait to hear back. I heard back shortly after that my rental offer had been accepted. The whole process was so efficient and clear. I knew what I had to do every step of the way and genuinely felt as if everybody on the team had my best interests in mind. A meeting was set up with a financial advisor to make sure that I was prepared for the letting and he was very informative and again made me feel valued and not just like a customer. The whole process was clear, simple and so painless. Thank you especially to Brian, Clare, Fiona and Richard (from EFS) for make the whole process perfect.
