Any clown can sign up a prospective tenant to move into a property, but when it all goes pear-shaped, you need a Courteney Taylor to rescue the situation. The fees don't come into it for me; I'd cheerfully pay for the level of service that Courteney gives her landlords and their properties. Indeed, so outstandingly committed to the highest levels of service is Courteney that a cheaper letting agent's fees would only represent a false economy by comparison.
