We feel that the whole process has been made stress-free and simple, with explanation at every turn if needed.

We have been very pleased with the service provided by the team at Andrew Purnell. Monique and Annaliese handled our rental in terms of viewings and administration. Both of these elements have been handled very efficiently, with any queries via email/phone dealt with particularly promptly and in a very helpful manner. We feel that the whole process has been made stress-free and simple, with explanation at every turn if needed.
Our only criticism is of the "Crizzo" service that is used. Our first email pertaining to the next steps in our rental came with a login to this system, enabling the uploading of references, and the agreement to sign/download. We later received a similar email from a second system "Homeppl", and it transpired that this is the system we in fact had to use. Nevertheless, Annaliese provided a very prompt explanation about which we had to use, and which documents were required, and everything else has been a breeze.
If both the Crizzo and Homeppl emails detailed a little more specifically which tasks were required to be carried out on each site, we feel that Andrew Purnell would have the perfect service in place.

Our experience has been great with Andrew Prunell from the start. They have a system to take the property off the market as soon as an offer is made (landlord can chose to decline).
