I was very pleased with my dealings with O'Connor Bowden. When our washing machine broke recently, I reported it to the O'Connor Bowden team and within 24 hours, we had a contractor at the door! Granted he advised he could not repair the machine there and then but recommended we needed a new washer dryer. This was then authorised by our landlord and delivered within 2 working days. I was very impressed with Emma and Ethan's friendly and approachable attitude and their efficiency in getting this resolved.

When our property suffered a leak at the start of the year it was the team at O'Connor Bowden who helped us identify and resolve the problem quickly and efficiently! When our property suffered a leak at the start of the year it was the team at O'Connor Bowden who helped us identify and resolve the problem quickly and efficiently! What could have turned into £1000s worth of damage was avoided due to the quick and decisive action of the O'Connor Bowden maintenance team! We had contractors on site within 5 hours of us reporting the problem and the team they sent out were professional and trustworthy. Thankfully the source was identified and the remedial works sorted within the week. I feel safe knowing that O'Connor Bowden are looking after our property.
