My husband and I had previously tried to sell our flat using purple bricks but soon realised it wasn't really working for us, sitting back and waiting for people to find our property online wasn't a way to generate interest. We asked a few agencies to come and value our property and were really impressed with Anna's enthusiasm, honestly and positivity and so made a call to use Location Location. Selling during a pandemic is a tricky business but Anna was really impressive and found a buyer only a month after we had gone live with the company. Previously we had been flirting with market for four months so this really batted it out of the park! Our sale went through in a couple of months and the team supported and communicated throughout. Amanda was especially proactive in keeping communications across the board progressing and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this agency and my only regret is that we didn't use them sooner.
