Michael has worked in the town in Aylesbury for almost 40 years and remains hands-on and passionate about the community and the business reputation of being striaght forward and no-nonsense with core values and ethics and our commitment to getting houses sold professionally whilst making the experience one where y
ou are happy to recommend our services to others. Having been schooled at Aylesbury Grammar Michael has enjoyed with his family being involved heavily in the local community. With 5 children it’s never been a dull moment, junior football, sports clubs and role as a general taxi driver for the children has lead to meeting and being involved with a huge number of parents in Aylesbury. Michael’s philosophy has always been treat people as you’d want to be treated yourself and do the best job you possibly can. Not all estate agents are the same.

Each and every member of the team that we met or spoke to on the phone were extremely professional, easy to talk to and get a 5 star review from ourselves.
We had many viewings and all were carried out in a Covid safe manner.
Michael's positivity is echoed by each staff member and gave us confidence that the transaction would go through smoothly even in these difficult times.
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them as the 'go to' Estate agents.
In my opinion you would struggle to find a better agent anywhere in the UK.

The team has always kept us informed about potential viewings and ensured we received rapid feedback afterwards. Michael has been a superb source of advice and has taken an active role in ensuring the whole chain has kept moving forward and small problems have been overcome.

How about a global pandemic?!
Thankfully the staff at Michael Anthony adopted a flexible approach, continuing to deal with enquires by telephone to ensure smooth progress. On the day of completion Michael met me at the house to hand over the keys and chucked the sold sign in his own car so that we didn’t have to wonder when it could be taken away.
Special thanks to Alex and Rachel for dealing with all my queries promptly and professionally - and keeping a sense of humour at what must be a stressful time for everyone in the business.

We recently bought our new home through Michael Anthony. Completion day did not exactly go the way I had wished for with the previous tenant leaving the property in an unacceptable mess. However, after the initial shock I cannot thank the team enough for their immediate help. Especially Michael who sorted out the removal of items left at the property and organised an emergency plumber within a couple of hours of receiving our keys! Unfortunately these things happen and are out of Michael Anthony's control, but we have been very impressed with their support and the way they have dealt with this matter.

I recently purchased a property through Michael Anthony as I saw a great opportunity for renovation. Micheal took me round the property and provided me with some mortgage advice to help me get on the property ladder as a 1st time buyer. Adam Keeler answered all questions thrown his way promptly & politely. Rachel was a little too keen for my liking when chasing up exchange dates saying that the property would be put back on the market if I didn’t complete by a certain date which was a slight hard sell as I could only go as fast as the property lawyers but other than that she was great! Follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with the property after purchase & chasing up any missing keys was done really quickly. I appreciate all the help with getting me on the property ladder & I’m wishing you all a successful January!
