I was looking for a property to rent. I contacted them at the right time as they introduced me to a rural property that was just what I was looking for. A viewing was arranged next day and I made my bid as soon as I saw the house. This was Promptly accepted by the estate. The team at Carter Jonas were friendly and helpful, very efficient. I would definitely use them again if I ever required their services again. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. ?

Catherine was the First Lady we met for the viewing and several times after. A lovely, friendly and warm person who was spot on.

Catherine was fantastic and provided us with a very professional service throughout. We were very concerned about moving into a rural house, having largely been urban tenants and Catherine reassured us at every stage. Most importantly she gave us a very frank and honest view on the house that we wanted to rent - outlining the drawbacks and the advantages. This was very important in our decision making. She also answered other questions that we had afterwards and was very helpful in liaising between us and the landlords. Web very very impressed with her throughout.

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to this FANTASTIC Agency especially Catherine Pallett Property Manager. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She even measured the sizes of our rooms with her awesome sheep tape measure, i have never laughed as much. I highly recommend this company. Smooth sailing, orgainised and very professional.
