I notified YOPA that I didn't require a Sale Board. Two days later, a van and a man tried to deliver it. YOPA Agent arrived to value property and talk about sales process. He never once mentioned 14 Day cooling off period (if he had, we would have used it). He took a video for virtual tour, ... Read Full Review

He never once mentioned 14 Day cooling off period (if he had, we would have used it). He took a video for virtual tour, and photos for web Ad. The Web Ad had Typos and Missing Info. Floorplan was full of errors. No room measurements, No Council Tax info. We informed him, but they were never rectified.

The Virtual Tour video was never finished or uploaded. We paid for Agent Accompanied Viewing, but never got it. Agent seemed to have too much to handle with 25 plus properties under his domain. We didn't even sell to a YOPA contact. We told our neighbour and he told his parents who were looking to move to a Bungalow. They bought it. Altogether, very poor.

The agent that greeted me (Clay) was friendly and well informed. He was there on time and allowed me plenty of time to look around the apartment answering any questions that I had. Sadly the apartment wasn't what I wanted but I'd definitely use Yopa next time I sell, it was great being able to speak to the agent 'out of hours', to make sure I knew everything I needed to.

As I moved to Canada during he process of the selling the house I was worried about not having a support or contact but that certainly wasn't the case as Clay ensured we got the top price for our home kept us updated every step d the way and even went in to turn of my appliances, which is definitely not part of his job.
