We have been tenants of a property managed by Hanover Shine for the last 23 years.
During all this time we have maintained an excellent relationship with them. We have always received immediate attention if anything needed to be serviced or fixed in our home, once even replacing and installing a new oven on the same day.
I would not hesitate anyone considering a letting agent or tenant to use the services of Hanover Shine. We have been extremely happy tenants. Their team are always helpful, polite, informative and get the job done. Thank you to Robert, Fiona and Kim.

Kim and Fiona truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was both comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel more like family than just a tenant, which is something you don't often come across. Their prompt communication, helpfulness, and attention to detail made a real difference in my day-to-day life, taking away much of the usual stress that can accompany a rental experience.
Even towards the end of my tenancy, the support and professionalism I received from Kim and Fiona were nothing short of outstanding. The entire process was handled with such integrity and care, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother conclusion to my stay. Fiona and Kim truly embody trust, kindness, and an exceptional commitment to tenant care.

Hanover Shine is like an extended family to us!
Fiona is so humble and friendly that my wife looks forward to her visits.
This is my second year with them and they have maintained their professionalism and personal touch.
Their down-to-earth approach has made us so comfortable that we feel as if we are living in our own home.
I was under the impression that they might change after some time but they have maintained their high professisonal standards.

From my first contact with Hanover Shine and during the 7 years of their property management of the same apartment in which I have lived since February 2012, have received excellent service. Any maintenance work has been handled both quickly and efficiently, with a very proactive landlord. The attention to detail and managing any issues of which their have been few has been much appreciated. A very tenant focused service and particularly worthy of note was the management of a new gas boiler which despite the ever changing installation health and safety guidelines, was managed by Fiona through to completion. A great property, attentive landlord and friendly agency staff make leaving the apartment and area all that more difficult. Highly recommended for the quality of service, apartments offered and low lease renewal administration fee. My thanks to Robert, Kim and Fiona.
