Appallingly integrity, transparency and honesty. Paula lied for the seller and when it transpired that the people who selling the house were lying about enquiries and about work which was to be carried out as part of the sale, no support was given by the estate agent to ensure this work was being ... Appallingly integrity, transparency and honesty.
Paula lied for the seller and when it transpired that the people who selling the house were lying about enquiries and about work which was to be carried out as part of the sale, no support was given by the estate agent to ensure this work was being carried out. When answers were sought, Paula simply stopped taking calls and answering any emails and her position was, “Do you want the house or not?”. When the seller deliberately damaged the property on vacating the house (who thinks that's okay and right?), Paula did not even acknowledge an email enquiring where we could buy new taps as they were purchased by the seller.

No advice given when a offer was put forward
Staff never reply to emails with the exception of Louella
Called mobile when informed from the beginning I was unable to answer these during office hours and my best form of contact was email.
Over all a very poor estate agent that I will not be recommending to anyone
